Tivoli Manor is a small gated community of 35 homes. Situated only 2 miles from the Interstate I-4, driving to the Theme Parks takes just 15 minutes and the beaches of the East and West Coast are but an hours drive away. For those of you looking for the odd game of golf, several courses are minutes drive from the villa - these include the award winning Southern Dunes and Championgate. At further 20 course can be found within a 20 mile radius of Tivoli Manor. Local facilities include a host of shops, diners, bars, restaurants, bank and a 24 hour hypermarket

Our villa was completed in August 2003. As with most Florida homes we have "the great room" luxuriously furnished and complete with Cable TV/VCR and DVD player - a great place to relax after a full day at the parks. The separate dining area is fully equipped for formal or casual dining - with table, 6 chairs and 2 bar stools. the large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest appliances including cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker, waste disposal and of course the all important dishwasher. In front of the large bay window is a breakfast table and chairs, giving you a great view out over the pool deck and the countryside beyond. There is a separate laundry room housing the family sized washer and dryer. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have Queen sized beds and full en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 chair the 3rd bathroom. Both are twin bedded rooms - one! with a Disney theme to please the child in us all.
Amenities: 5 Cable TV"s. 2 VCR"s. 1 DVD player. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed for additional peace of mind.
