This well presented villa is an ideal base for large or sharing families wishing to explore all that Florida has to offer. It is situated close to the prestigious golf resort of Champions Gate with easy access to Interstate 4. Disney and other major attractions are all within a 20 minute drive.
A tennis court and childrens play area are available for the exclusive use of residents.
All essential ammenities such as groceries (Publix), Pharmacy (Wallgreens) etc are close by.
The villa is managed on our behalf and a local representative is on hand 24 hours daily should you require assistance.

Overview
The villa is maintained to a high standard and is furnished with all necessary fittings and appliances to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Fully air-conditioned, with additional ceiling fans in each room, the villa has four large bedrooms that comfortably sleep eight with provision for two extra people on request (a cot is also available on request). All bed linen and towels are provided along with essentals such as an iron, hair-dryer etc.
The welcoming entrance hall provides access to the living area and double garage. A telephone is situated in the entrance hall.
The large living area is open and spacious in true Floridian style with front and rear aspects. Entertainment is provided in the form of TV, DVD player and a number of books and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises fridge/freezer with ice maker, large electric cooker, dishwasher, integral microwave, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
The Dining room comfortably seats 8 people and has access to the pool deck area via patio doors.
The Master suite is located at one end of the villa providing a degree of privacy for sharing families or those with grandparents and has direct access to the pool area. The suite comprises a large bedroom with King sized bed, en-suite and a safe. The ensuite has a large corner bath, a spacious shower cubicle, a seperate toilet room and large walk-in closet. A wash area comprises his and hers sinks.
Bedrooms 2 and 4 have front facing aspects and comprise Queen sized bed and twin beds respectively and large walk-in closets.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with childrens toys and games. It comprises twin beds and a large walk-in closet and overlooks the pool area.
Bathroom 2 comprises his and hers sinks, bath, shower, toilet and walk-in closet and has direct access to the pool area.
A automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a 8" x 4" Pool Table are located in the double garage. Swimming pool related items such as floats and rings are also stored here.
The Pool area is fully enclosed, screened and provides complete privacy. Sun loungers are provided along with a small BBQ. In addition the pool deck offers a shaded area with table and chairs should you wish to dine by the pool. For added piece of mind all external doors leading to the pool area may be simply alarmed to prevent unsupervised access.
