Have a whale of a time in Orcaville my beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on the magnificent Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. With it"s own private screened pool this spacious home is an ideal place to relax and unwind.

A beautiful model, fully air-conditioned located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the gated community of Southern Dunes. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a quiet residential area situated on a championship golf course that’s currently rated number 51 in America by Golf Week magazine. The surrounding countryside is covered with orange groves galore - the smell of which is heavenly during blossom time!
Having 2 master bedrooms makes it ideal for 2 families sharing or grandparents. Having the 3 bathrooms takes the frustration out of having to share a home with teenagers who like to spend hours in the bathroom. I know, I’ve got two of them and boys are as bad as girls!

Master bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, TV and telephone. There is a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. A set of sliding doors leads onto the pool deck. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a basin, toilet and walk in shower. There is also a door that leads out onto the pool deck.
The second master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, a large walk in closet, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The ensuite bathroom here features a sink, toilet and bath with shower over.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, a walk in closet and drawers. It has been decorated with a whale and dolphin theme. The bedcovers have the whales and the curtains the dolphins. Leaping dolphins adorn 2 walls and to top it off an almost 4 foot blue whale found it"s way onto the wall above the closet. A lot of toys will be found in the closet for the younger guests,
Bedroom 4also has 2 twin beds, walk in closet and drawers. This room has an air and space theme. There are photos, badges and other bits on the wall. Above the closet in this room is a large wooden propeller to add to the theme, Ideal for the budding aviator or astronaut. This bedroom also has a toy box for my guests.
All the bedrooms have their own cable TV.
These 2 bedrooms share the third bathroom. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower. All linens and towels are provided, as is a hairdryer for each bathroom.
There is a spacious open planned living area with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. The lounge area is light and airy and tastefully furnished with comfy sofas, one of which pulls out to become a fully sprung queen sized bed.
In the lounge there’s a 25 inch remote control cable TV and a portable hi-fi unit. This is a radio, tape and CD player. A DVD player has recently been added and DVDs can be hired from the local Blockbusters, a few minutes away. There are lots of CDs for you to enjoy and sing along to and, of course a bit of whale song and ocean sounds to relax you.
In the cupboards underneath are a selection of books, games and jig saws for your amusement. A sliding glass door opens out onto a covered patio area which makes a great eating area besides the pool.
Off the lounge area is my formal dining area. This seats 6 people in comfort. I also have a table and chairs in the breakfast area, between the lounge and kitchen. This seats 4 people and looks out onto the pool.
The ultra modern kitchen has every convenience - large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge with freezer compartment and automatic ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, enough crockery and cutlery for 12 settings. Everything you should need including the good old British tea pot and tea cosy!!! The washer and dryer are located in the garage, thus avoiding having to listen to them when you"re enjoying a bit of relaxation time.
On the pool deck there is a table and chairs so you can sit and relax before taking a dip. These are located in the undercover area next to the bedroom door. There are also a couple of sun loungers. Just wonderful to come home to after a heavy day at the parks.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has the added benefit of ceiling fans as well. There is a cot and high chair in the villa should these be required. They are provided free of charge as is a stroller.
There are 2 telephones and FREE local, long distance and most international are available from them.

Prices are per week and are inclusive of cleaning and utilities. Rentals of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50 /$75

Prices include taxes.
A non refundable booking fee of £150 / $250 will secure a booking.
There is also asecurity deposit of £150 / $250.
Payment can be made with a credit card via PayPal but the dollar rate must be paid.
The seasons:
Low January 4th - March 31st and December 1st - December 19th
Mid April 1st - June 30th, September, first 2 weeks October and all November
High July 1st - August 31st, last 2 weeks October and December 20th - January 3rd. Also Easter is in high season.
